Data Controller

The data processor processes personal data only on behalfof the controller. The data processor is usually a third party external to the company. However, in the case of groups of undertakings, one undertaking may act as processor for another undertaking.

Collected Personal Data

Our company can't simply collect personal data for undefined purposes ('purpose limitation'); the company/organisation must collect and process only the personal data that is necessary to fulfil that purpose ('data minimisation');

Purpose of collecting data
